This album started in 1998 with the recording of The Oral Office, which was obviously more topical at the time. The last song was written in 2008.
Due to the lack of jam space and the varied lifestyles of the band members, songs were rarely written or recorded. Once every year or so they would get together to write, perform and record a new song within a evening.
After over 10 years in the making, we finally have Basement Nights, the debut and final album by Mr. Cock & Balls.
